Vision

The Following is an Outline form of a message presented to the Church on January 8th, 2017

Vision

Prov 29:18a  Where there is no vision [no redemptive revelation of God], the people perish; AMP

18a Where there is no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint, ESV

Hab 2:2  Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. NKJV

House of Prayer and Worship

To create an atmosphere whereby God is honored, worshipped, and people are drawn into His Presence. Where He is our Focal Point: A place where The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have the Preeminence, not the flesh.  All types of Prayer will be encouraged by this Body.

Jesus said this:

Matt 21:13 “‘My house will be called a house of prayer 2011NIV®

John 4:23-24  But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.  24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” NKJV

 Relational

Building relationally and exhibit the heart of God to be a Family; a church body that honors each one. Being relational can be scary, but it has great reward.  This is what Jesus did with the 12. Relational churches are hard to find and are rare.

Acts 2:42  All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer. NLT

42 They committed themselves to the teaching of the apostles, the life together, the common meal, and the prayers. THE MESSAGE

“One Another” found 46 X in The NT from the Book of Romans forward speaks of Relationship

 Rescue

We must rescue the lost, the hurting, the downcast, those who have left their First Love, the insignificant and the prodigals.  We must step out of our comfort zones for this to take place.

Luke 19:10  for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.” NKJV

 Restore

seek to create an atmosphere where people can experience the Truth that God loves them and has a wonderful plan for their life. They have value, dignity and worth before God. See people made whole: Spirit, Soul, Body with an emphasis on The Heart. Making Disciples of The LORD Jesus.

Luke 4:18-19

18  The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,Because He has anointed Me

To preach the gospel to the poor;He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; 19   To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

 Release

Helping each one to realize that they have gifts from God and that we as a church assist in releasing them into what God called them to do and be. With God’s increase, to plant churches to further build The Kingdom of God.

Eph 4:11-14  And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; NKJV

Romans 12: 4-8 4Each of us has one body with many parts. And the parts do not all have the same purpose. 5So also we are many persons. But in Christ we are one body. And each part of the body belongs to all the other parts.

6We all have gifts. They differ in keeping with the grace that God has given each of us. Do you have the gift of prophecy? Then use it in keeping with the faith you have. 7Is it your gift to serve? Then serve. Is it teaching? Then teach. 8Is it telling others how they should live? Then tell them. Is it giving to those who are in need? Then give freely. Is it being a leader? Then work hard at it. Is it showing mercy? Then do it cheerfully  NIRV
